This is a quarterly meeting where the PFA Executive Team will meet and discuss finances, upcoming needs, events and other business between board meetings.  Per the By-Laws, there are few votes that can occur at this meeting.  Any board member or member is welcome to ask questions prior or to observe the meetings.
